  • previous institutional cooking experience
  • ability to prepare meals using standard cooking techniques and appropriate commercial kitchen equipment

  • a valid Tennessee driver’s license

  • collaborate with management to meet dietary requirements and menu planning
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
