Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience or working knowledge in communications systems preferred
Ability to pull electronic cable
Capability to perform basic wiring and hardware installation
Competence in operating cable testing equipment
Ability to meet installation deadlines
Strong safety awareness and compliance
Physical ability to lift 50-60 lbs, climb, crawl and work overhead
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel out of town occasionally
Proficiency with personal computers and software
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Reliable and self-motivated work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of communications systems is desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
Superior customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to plan, organize and implement projects
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to read and interpret general business documentation
Valid and current driver’s license
Professional representation of company at all times

Job Duties

Pulling of electronic cable
Responsible for the basic wiring and installation of hardware
Responsible for the operation of cable testing equipment
Meet all installation deadlines
Responsible for accurate tracking on time sheets, service/installation tickets and inventory items
Full compliance with company’s and customer’s safety program
Operation of power tools
Other duties as required or assigned by company management
