The role of UHE Install Manager is pivotal to the successful execution of multiple residential renovation projects on a weekly basis. As the Install Manager, you will be the frontline representative for customer service and project management, ensuring all projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. After three weeks of full-time paid training, you will be tested and expected to supervise professional installations, manage 1 to 3 job sites daily, and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 8.5 out of 10 or higher. This management role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and mobile work environment, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving. You will work independently and as part of a team, coordinating project schedules, maintaining communication between field teams and the administrative office, and guiding customers through project-related decisions. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to building permits and safety regulations, processing payment approvals, supporting regional expansion strategies, and attending continuous education for growth and improvement. Success in this role will be measured by your capacity to manage residential home improvement projects totaling between 1.5 million to 2.5 million dollars in your first year, while contributing positively to business development and customer satisfaction. This position suits individuals with experience in carpentry, construction, hospitality management, event management, or project management who possess excellent communication skills, sound judgment, resilience, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to manage multiple job sites in a regional area
  • Past success in a fast-paced, mobile environment
  • Experience in managing people and activities at different geographic locations

  • Strong judgment and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and attend continuing education
  • Some experience in carpentry or residential construction preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure projects are completed to customer satisfaction, on time, and on budget
  • Maintain daily records and schedules, effectively operating as the bridge between field and office
  • Operate independently to execute scopes and projects, leveraging the resource of the team when needed
  • Independently schedule and manage your time daily to meet with each active customer & crew, prepare for upcoming jobs, and execute in the moment problem solving
  • Process payment approvals for labor & materials within UHE systems
  • Adhere to local regulations including maintenance of building permit per job & safety expectations
  • Guide customers through required decisions involving scope adjustments mid-project
  • Support the operations of regional expansion initiatives and strategies
  • Attend ongoing Continuing Education programs - always be learning & improving
