The role of UHE Install Manager is pivotal to the successful execution of multiple residential renovation projects on a weekly basis. As the Install Manager, you will be the frontline representative for customer service and project management, ensuring all projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. After three weeks of full-time paid training, you will be tested and expected to supervise professional installations, manage 1 to 3 job sites daily, and maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 8.5 out of 10 or higher. This management role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and mobile work environment, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving. You will work independently and as part of a team, coordinating project schedules, maintaining communication between field teams and the administrative office, and guiding customers through project-related decisions. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to building permits and safety regulations, processing payment approvals, supporting regional expansion strategies, and attending continuous education for growth and improvement. Success in this role will be measured by your capacity to manage residential home improvement projects totaling between 1.5 million to 2.5 million dollars in your first year, while contributing positively to business development and customer satisfaction.
