Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle and a recent smartphone
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile apps
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- knowledge of local stores and products is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive grocery and household orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for the requested items accurately and efficiently from local stores
- Deliver groceries promptly to customers' doorsteps
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and substitutions
- Maintain high standards for product quality and customer service
- Follow all safety and health guidelines while shopping and delivering
- Manage multiple orders and routes to maximize efficiency
