Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the united states
- consistent access to a vehicle and a recent smartphone
- ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- reliable and punctual
- valid driver’s license and insurance as applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- strong time management and organizational skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use a smartphone app proficiently
- basic knowledge of grocery products and shopping experience
Job Duties
- receive and review orders through the instacart shopper app
- shop for grocery items accurately and efficiently according to customer lists
- deliver grocery orders to customers’ doors in a timely manner
- maintain excellent customer service and communication with customers
- manage order issues and substitutions when necessary
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols during shopping and delivery
- keep track of earnings and cash out options through the app
