Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 21+ years old to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle and a recent smartphone
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Smartphone compatible with the Instacart Shopper app
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of grocery products and ability to follow shopping lists
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
- Reliable and punctual with commitment to fulfilling orders
- Ability to navigate local stores and neighborhoods
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries accurately according to customer preferences
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with customers for order updates
- Handle grocery items with care ensuring quality and freshness
- Use a personal vehicle for shopping and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service during each interaction
