Job Requirements
- Work authorization without sponsorship
- Ability to tolerate loud noise and busy environments
- Willingness to travel to events including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in procurement or vendor relations
- Proficiency in excel and google suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to navigate through excel and g suite including v-look up, pivot tables, and formulas
- Familiarity with production equipment such as tenting, stage decking, truss, heavy equipment, fencing, and sanitation is a plus
- Ability to negotiate contracts in production-related categories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with effective time management
- Previous purchasing or vendor relations experience
- Ability to problem solve and maintain composure in challenging situations
- Experience managing multiple large-scale projects under stress
- Exceptional phone etiquette and comfort with vendor communication
- Detail oriented with an analytical mindset
- OSHA-10 and forklift certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Partner and collaborate with procurement department to maintain ongoing communication channels across key stakeholder departments
- Partner with procurement department to evaluate vendors through various outreach and performance measurements
- Coordinate all aspects of the vendor contracting process including securing agreements, insurance, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors
- Audit and submit invoices and purchase orders related to vendor deals
- Organize project details, schedules, and spend data using excel and pivot tables
- Ensure product and service quality during vendor discussions and negotiations
