Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments preferred
- knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service
- ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and quick calculations
- understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- valid driver's license
- must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day
- able to lift 50 lbs
- excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
- ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-energy environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing, sales, and cash handling
- assist customers with menu selections, upselling items, and providing excellent customer service
- handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and giving correct change
- maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices
- manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
- take accurate orders
- prepare pizza dough
- slice and chop toppings such as vegetables and meats
- ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times
