Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or general education degree
0 to 6 plus months of related experience

Ability to provide timely product information and recommend products
Customer service skills
Event planning capabilities
Ability to coordinate bartending coverage

Job Duties

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner to increase sales by means of cross-selling and add-on sales
Determine customer requirements in order to have specific recommendations and educate customers about products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Manage Tiger Joe's Pub including bar appearance, rotating product, event planning, and cleaning
Coordinate additional bartending coverage and service as needed in a professional and courteous manner
Perform other duties as assigned
