This role is offered onsite to start with the potential for hybrid work in the future. The compensation package includes on-target earnings ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 in the first year with an uncapped commission structure, making it an attractive opportunity for ambitious sales professionals.

The sales position at Move Concierge involves making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, educating movers about available home services, and assisting them in making well-informed moving decisions. Building trust and rapport with customers to create mutually beneficial solutions is essential to success in this role. Additionally, the representative will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions using Salesforce. While not required, inside sales or customer service experience, Salesforce or other CRM proficiency, and Spanish-speaking abilities are considered advantageous. Move Concierge offers a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary plus uncapped commissions, warm leads without cold calling, and a short sales cycle. New team members receive paid training including nine classroom days followed by ramp-up coaching lasting five to eight months.
