Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Professional business casual attire
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organized front desk and visitor area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inside sales or customer service roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Duties
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Proper phone etiquette
- Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Tend to high volume of calls
- Monday - Friday work schedule, 8-5 or 9-6 with occasional Saturdays as needed
- Answer, direct, transfer or forward telephone calls
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks
- Help keep main areas tidy
- Assist office staff with organizing sales files
- Prepare potential customer questionnaires
- Notify personnel of waiting guests/visitors when necessary
- Update office-wide calendars and spreadsheets when needed
- Help manage office supply inventory
- Check for incoming mail twice daily
- Update existing customer information
- Document incoming calls/information as needed
- Maintain reception, conference room, kitchen and bathroom areas clean
