Since 2012, Delaware North has operated at Lambeau Field and the nearby Titletown, including managing outlets such as Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, as well as hosting seasonal and special events like sledding and ice skating, further enriching the visitor experience.

The seasonal Inseat Pantry Expo position at Delaware North Sportservice presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced and highly customer-focused environment. As a Suites Lead, the candidate will have a key leadership role in managing food setup and preparation standards while supervising the activities of team members to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to suite guests. The Suites Lead is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members to maintain smooth daily operations in the suites area. This role requires close attention to inventory management, ordering, and product quality control, ensuring that guests receive top-notch food and beverage service. Operational duties also include verifying sales reporting, managing cash handling and payroll accounting reports, and preparing various cost and operational reports to help maintain profitability and efficiency. The Suites Lead plays a critical role in fostering positive client and guest relations by providing excellent service and maintaining high standards in product and service delivery.

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and schedule team members
  • manage daily operations of the suites area
  • maintain positive client and guest relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and products
  • order all inventories for the area, determine quantities of related products, and purchase products, ensuring product quality and controlling costs
  • verify sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting reports, preparing various cost and operational reports
