The Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager role is a critically strategic leadership position reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services. This role carries significant responsibility for overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring medication safety and compliance with USP standards for sterile compounding, managing inventory efficiently, and optimizing the use of automation technologies. Additionally, the manager leads accreditation readiness efforts and proactively drives quality metrics to meet and exceed regulatory standards. Job Requirements
- pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- valid pharmacist license
- minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience including supervisory roles
