Job Requirements
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience
- Several years of professional culinary experience
- Experience managing kitchen operations and teams
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Meridian, Idaho
Job Qualifications
- Proficient culinary skills in recipe development, menu creation, and food preparation techniques
- Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
- Understanding of food sourcing, ingredient selection, and cost-effective purchasing
- Passion for innovation and familiarity with emerging food trends and global cuisines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Culinary certification or degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or food product development a plus
Job Duties
- Run the Innovation/Test Kitchen at company headquarters
- Lead menu and concept development and testing
- Conduct client demonstrations and culinary trainings
- Provide culinary, operations, and equipment consulting to clients
- Support business development through culinary innovation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize foodservice solutions
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain operational efficiency
