The company values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, ensuring a supportive work environment for all employees. With a global presence and a reputation for excellence, Hilton Grand Vacations fosters a culture of teamwork, integrity, and customer focus. Their dedication to quality and guest satisfaction sets them apart in the vacation ownership sector, making them a preferred employer for individuals seeking a rewarding career in hospitality.

The Guest Reception Representative plays a vital role within Hilton Grand Vacations' customer service operations. This position involves general supervision and is primarily responsible for greeting visitors, customers, and guests both in the reception area and over the phone. The representative acts as the first point of contact, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and warmly, reflecting the company’s commitment to superior guest experiences. The role includes answering, screening, and directing incoming calls efficiently, supporting seamless communication within the organization. Additionally, the representative supports the sales, marketing, and administrative teams by maintaining strong positive relationships and assisting guests throughout their visit.

Specific duties include distributing and collecting guest registration forms, aiding guests with any inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely updating of guest information in the concierge system. A critical function of the position is to assign guests to sales representatives in the order they arrive, facilitating smooth operations on the sales floor. The Guest Reception Representative also researches customer issues when answering calls and escalates these concerns to management when necessary, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and swift resolution of problems. This role demands strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to handle administrative tasks effectively.

Working as a Guest Reception Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team dedicated to hospitality excellence. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience in general office and customer service roles. Candidates must be willing to work weekends to accommodate the company’s operational needs.
