Their partnership with Hilton Grand Vacations offers the strength and reach of a trusted global hospitality brand, known for its commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. This particular role is based at the Eilan Hotel and Spa, part of the Ascent Hotel Collection in San Antonio, TX. The Eilan Hotel and Spa is a distinctive boutique luxury hotel situated north of the famous Riverwalk. With its Tuscan-inspired architecture and proximity to San Antonio's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment areas, it offers an enriching environment for both guests and employees. The sales center at this hotel presents a promising opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to excel in the vacation ownership sales arena. This employment opportunity is a full-time position offering a competitive and highly rewarding compensation structure. Sales professionals at Bluegreen Vacations can anticipate earning between $75,000 and $250,000 annually, with top performers having the potential to earn significantly more. The compensation is paid weekly, which provides financial flexibility and motivation through immediate rewards for performance.
The primary focus of this role is face-to-face sales of vacation ownership products to eager guests, all of whom are provided as qualified leads—meaning no prospecting or lead generation is required on the part of the sales professional. This enables a concentrated effort on relationship building and client engagement rather than the challenges of cold calling or hunting for leads. Representatives are encouraged to invest time building rapport, demonstrating the value of ownership, and showcasing the resort’s exceptional amenities. Sales professionals work by guiding guests through personalized tours and detailed presentations, creating an immersive and persuasive sales experience. Candidates who join Bluegreen Vacations will find a supportive and dynamic work environment that values professionalism, enthusiasm, and team collaboration. The company culture strongly emphasizes professional development, with clear pathways for career advancement and an internal promotion philosophy, supporting long-term career growth within the organization.
Moreover, this role comes with outstanding employee benefits. The benefits package includes comprehensive health care, dentistry, vision coverage, life insurance, and a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match. Additionally, tuition reimbursement opportunities and travel discounts are offered, enhancing work-life balance and job satisfaction. Flexibility is further supported by an appreciation for work-life balance, making it an attractive employment option for those seeking a fulfilling career in sales with strong earning potential while enjoying support and stability from a renowned company.
