Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age 21 and able to serve alcohol
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and enter/exit the U.S. and Canada
  • Ability to complete Horizon Air's initial training and IOE and maintain FAA Flight Attendant Certificate
  • Operational flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and flying as working crew member
  • Possess or obtain a current passport with unlimited access to/from the U.S.
  • Two years of experience in inflight or airline operations with at least one year in training delivery or support
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Team-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to maintain authority in a dynamic learning environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or additional two years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum two years of experience in inflight or airline operations including training delivery
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Operational knowledge of Apple products
  • Ability to complete initial and recurrent Horizon Air training and hold FAA Flight Attendant Certificate
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
  • Ability to maintain authority in a dynamic learning environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Develop solutions to complex scheduling challenges
  • Coordinate class logistics across multiple training formats
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with FAA standards
  • Make recommendations to improve training processes and records management
  • Deliver curriculum modules professionally and inclusively
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to flight attendants and training staff
  • Participate in Duty Officer program and fly as a working crew member as needed
