Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in inflight or airline operations including training delivery or development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent via additional experience
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Operational knowledge of Apple iPad and iPhone
  • Ability to complete Horizon Air initial training and IOE and maintain FAA Flight Attendant Certificate
  • Operational flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and fly as needed
  • Possess or obtain a current passport with unlimited U.S. access
  • Highly enthusiastic with exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
  • Ability to maintain authority in dynamic learning environment
  • Team oriented with strong relationship and communication skills
  • Self starter with proactive problem-solving approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age 21 and willing and able to serve alcohol
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and enter/exit U.S. and Canada

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year training delivery or development experience
  • Proficient with learning management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Operational knowledge of Apple iPad and iPhone
  • Ability to maintain FAA Flight Attendant Certificate

  • Ability to maintain authority in dynamic environments
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age 21 and able to serve alcohol
  • Authorization to work and travel in the U.S. and Canada

Job Duties

  • Develop solutions to complex scheduling, coordinate class logistics, maintain regulatory compliance
  • Recommend improvements for training delivery, curriculum development, and records management
  • Apply adult learning methodologies and regulatory training concepts
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and instructor assignments independently
  • Make decisions on training logistics including IOEs and recurrent training
  • Audit training records and personnel for FAA compliance
  • Deliver curriculum modules professionally and inclusively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support training initiatives and hiring events
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and feedback to training staff and flight attendants
  • Participate in Duty Officer program and fly as a working crew member as needed
