Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 21 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- authorization to travel in and out of U.S. and Canada
- hold FAA Flight Attendant Certificate or ability to obtain
- ability to complete initial and recurrent training including IOE
- operational flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and fly as crew member as needed
- possess or obtain current passport
- strong confidence in maintaining authority in dynamic learning environments
- team-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- two years of inflight or airline operations experience including one year in training delivery or development
- proficiency with learning management systems and Microsoft Office
- strong facilitation and presentation skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- effective communication and relationship-building skills
- proactive problem-solving capability
- knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations preferred
- experience with computer-based training development using Articulate Suite preferred
- experience in training audits and employee coaching preferred
- ability to deliver training in a professional and inclusive manner
Job Duties
- develop solutions to optimize training schedules and coordinate class logistics
- maintain regulatory compliance across multiple training formats
- recommend improvements in training delivery, curriculum development, and records management
- apply adult learning methodologies in developing inflight training programs
- manage training schedules and instructor assignments with limited supervision
- audit training records and courses for FAA compliance
- train and deliver curriculum in an engaging and inclusive manner
- collaborate cross-functionally to support training initiatives and continuous improvement
- provide mentoring and coaching to training staff and flight attendants
- participate in Duty Officer program and fly as a working crew member to maintain operational readiness
