Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience with above average computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with airline operations and federal regulations preferred
  • Ability to work weekend shifts
  • Local travel availability between Headquarters and Training Center
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, type, talk, and hear frequently
  • Detail-oriented and strong multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Above average computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of airline operations and federal regulations governing training records
  • Experience with Sabre Crew Qualifier and CrewTrac preferred
  • Data analysis knowledge
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and labor representatives
  • Good communication skills in reading, writing, and presenting information

Job Duties

  • Assist with learning management system enrollment and tracking
  • Input and maintain training records for all flight attendant qualified individuals
  • Coordinate training plans and logistics for flight attendants returning from a leave of absence
  • Ensure accuracy of various reports regarding crewmember qualifications while auditing updates and currency monthly
  • Aid with required audits
  • Gather and submit applicable payroll each month
  • Electronically file paper records via scanning and email
  • Schedule classroom space and order department supplies as needed
  • Assist with training on data entry and record keeping
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to the inflight group
  • Assist with Training Managers on additional projects and perform other duties as assigned
