Job Description
Lovable is a pioneering software development platform that empowers users worldwide to build software in any language, from solo entrepreneurs to large Fortune 100 companies. With over 2 million users across more than 200 countries, Lovable is leading a foundational shift in software creation. The company is headquartered in Stockholm and embraces a culture of extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. Lovable’s mission is to enable anyone with an idea to transform it into a real product rapidly and effectively, making software creation accessible and efficient for all.
We are currently seeking a Senior Industry Events Lead to join our dynamic team based either in Boston or San Francisco. This is a full-time, on-site position that is not eligible for remote work. As a Senior Industry Events Lead, you will own Lovable’s global B2B event strategy end-to-end, determining the company’s presence at major conferences, summits, and industry gatherings worldwide. This strategic and executional role is critical to shaping how key B2B audiences experience Lovable, ensuring that every event drives meaningful pipeline and enhances our brand impact.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead influential event activations that directly contribute to Lovable’s growth and reputation in the B2B software market. You will be responsible for managing significant event budgets, cultivating strong vendor partnerships, and overseeing sponsorship lifecycles from initial evaluation to flawless execution. Your expertise will guide decisions about where Lovable should exhibit, speak, or engage in co-branded activities. Additionally, you’ll organize high-touch executive programs and field activations, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Creative & Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal event outcomes.
Lovable values professionals who are self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of organization and a strategic mindset, as well as the ability to adapt quickly on-site during events. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the central orchestrator of event planning, aligning senior stakeholders, managing logistics, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts. Demonstrating a genuine passion for Lovable’s mission and product is key, as this role also serves as a credible and enthusiastic face of the company at external events.
In addition to your event expertise, proficiency with artificial intelligence tools is a must. Lovable is an AI-native company, and this role requires a demonstrated, practical relationship with AI technologies. You should be able to share specific examples of how AI has enhanced your work processes, including planning, research, content creation, and efficiency improvements.
This position offers a rare chance to influence Lovable’s brand presence on a global stage and contribute meaningfully to the future of software development. Join us if you are eager to shape innovative event strategies and excited to help millions of users bring their ideas to life with cutting-edge technology.
