Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications studies, business administration, hospital administration preferred
  • Experience in event management, brand marketing, or related roles
  • Demonstrated leadership over large-scale, multi-stakeholder events and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Thought leader-level abilities in event management
  • Experience in event marketing strategy
  • Managing event budgeting and vendor management
  • Ability to secure seamless attendee experiences through event execution
  • Knowledge of public relations and risk mitigation
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience in optimizing complex, significant events

Job Duties

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of impactful events
  • Oversee thorough event management processes from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to confirm alignment with business objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Enhance attendee experiences through innovative design and execution
  • Drive optimization strategies for event performance and effectiveness
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the event lifecycle
  • Confirm adherence to brand standards and organizational priorities
