Working the day shift from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, the Maintenance Technician focuses on performing maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds on blow molds and related tooling essential for the production process. The technician maintains strict adherence to safety and company policies while supporting production through mold changeovers and serving as a vital part of the maintenance team. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing emergency and scheduled repairs, and supporting continuous process improvements. The role requires technical skill in mechanics, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and proficient use of hand and power tools. The position also involves maintaining accurate documentation and supporting shop organization, all while fostering a safe work environment through compliance with Lockout/Tagout procedures and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of practical experience in blow mold maintenance
- Welding certification or experience
- Proficiency with lathe, mill, and grinder
- Strong mechanical skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist and train others
- Limited travel availability
