Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of practical experience in blow mold maintenance
- Welding certification or experience
- Proficiency with lathe, mill, and grinder
- Strong mechanical skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist and train others
- Limited travel availability
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of blow mold training and practical experience
- Welding experience
- Hands-on experience with lathe, mill, and grinder equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of standard tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Attention to detail
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds on blow molds
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities
- Maintain documentation for blow mold tooling and PM tasks
- Support production teams with mold changeovers
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Organize shop and maintain spare parts inventory
