Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (exceptions may apply with RVP approval for local laws regarding alcohol service)
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds during shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat, and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in the restaurant industry managing quality shifts and driving sales or proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
- College degree preferred
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to empower others
- Time and priority management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support
- Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and company standards
- Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Communicate company and guest expectations effectively
- Coach and motivate team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety
- Exercise business skills in cost control, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor management
