Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • valid passport for international travel
  • must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
  • strong customer service orientation
  • physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods and lifting
  • flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
  • Respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
  • Prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
  • Answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
  • Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
