Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in dining or food service roles preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and team members
Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and carrying trays
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Willingness to adhere to community policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Assist in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
Ensure each resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with every meal
Uphold the value that the resident comes first in all interactions
Treat the community as the resident's home, creating homelike attributes
Model person-centered care while engaging with residents
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
Address resident requests or concerns promptly and courteously
