We are currently seeking Independent Contractors or 3rd party contracted delivery drivers to join our team. This contract position offers a competitive commission-based salary ranging from $4,000 to $8,000 per month. As a delivery driver for Mancini's Bakery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our customers in perfect condition and on time. This role is not a typical gig-economy delivery job; rather, it requires a professional, detail-oriented approach to delivery logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and timely transportation of bakery products, verifying shipment quantities, and handling the loading and unloading of goods. You must maintain constant communication with central dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries effectively. The role demands strong money-handling skills as well as a sales mindset to promote customer satisfaction and potentially increase sales opportunities.

Flexibility to work early morning hours, weekends, and holidays is essential due to the nature of the delivery schedule. Our drivers are also expected to use GPS and modern navigation tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure punctuality. Because this position requires the use of your own vehicle, candidates must either own or be willing to purchase a suitable truck or van specifically for delivery purposes. Snow vehicles such as pickup trucks or mini-vans are not permissible unless they meet company standards.

This is a contract job with year-round work availability. Although the work is on the road, coordination and communication with Mancini's Bakery headquarters are essential parts of daily operations.
