Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory, training provided
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in teams
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Basic communication skills in English, knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Ownership or access to cleaning tools, with supplies provided for selected assignments

Job Qualifications

Cleaning experience residential, commercial, or janitorial preferred but not required and training available
Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating spotless spaces
Ability to work solo or with a team, teams of 2 or more cleaners encouraged
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese or cleaning terms such as limpieza, limpador a plus
Access to reliable transportation and cleaning tools, supplies provided for select jobs

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional cleaning for homes, offices, apartments, or student housing including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and bathroom maintenance
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Work independently or lead a team of 2 or more cleaners for larger jobs
Use eco-friendly cleaning products with training provided
Report job completion via mobile app for seamless tracking
