Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including part-time, full-time, or contract basis
- reliable transportation for commuting to job sites
- basic English proficiency
- willingness to learn eco-friendly cleaning methods
- possession of necessary cleaning equipment or willingness to use provided supplies
- good communication and customer service skills
- capability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or janitorial) preferred but not required training available
- reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating spotless spaces
- ability to work solo or with a team (teams of 2+ cleaners encouraged)
- physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese or cleaning terms (e.g., limpieza, limpiador) a plus
- access to reliable transportation and cleaning tools (supplies provided for select jobs)
- growth opportunities with training to expand into commercial or student housing cleaning
- health-conscious culture with healthy catering at team events

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional cleaning for homes, offices, apartments, or student housing including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and bathroom maintenance
- provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- work independently or lead a team (2+ cleaners) for larger jobs
- use eco-friendly cleaning products (training provided)
- report job completion via our mobile app for seamless tracking
