Job Requirements
- Experience in leading group fitness classes
- CPR and AED certification
- fitness certification or relevant degree preferred
- willingness to work Saturdays from 10 AM to 11 AM
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and engage a small group of residents

Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
- arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in the community
