Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to perform in-depth research and make sound decisions
  • High degree of concentration and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Reliable internet provider with an ethernet connection
  • Dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
  • Commitment to mandatory full-time training
  • No satellite, pre-paid, or DSL internet connections
  • Internet speed meeting minimum requirements: ping 50 ms or lower, download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 15 Mbps or higher

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Provide product information, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using established guidelines and discretion
  • Create, update, and retrieve owner records documenting complaints, actions, and resolutions
  • Provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to improve processes and materials
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
  • Support other parts of the business as directed
