Job Duties

Select the best quality products for online customers
Determine and provide substitute products when original items are unavailable
Assist in supporting in-store customers
Collaborate with other departments during slow online order periods
Maintain speed and accuracy in fulfilling online orders
Ensure a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service
Contribute to team-oriented and fast-paced work environment
