Job Description
The Acosta Group is a leading global sales and marketing agency known for its commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions across various industries. As a company, Acosta prides itself on combining expertise, collaboration, and strategic thinking to drive success for its clients while fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment for its employees. With a broad reach that spans multiple markets, Acosta connects brands to consumers through a spectrum of solutions that include marketing, merchandising, sales brokerage, and in-store activation. The company emphasizes professional development and values team players dedicated to growth and excellence.
This position, In-Store Juice Barista - Part Time, offers a unique opportunity to join the Acosta Group in a hybrid role that blends culinary craftsmanship with precise administrative responsibilities. This job is far from a typical drink-making role; it requires balancing the hands-on creation of high-quality juices and smoothies with critical data management tasks that influence sales and client relations. Your role as a juice barista will make you the face of Acosta's specialty beverage service, engaging with customers directly and ensuring their experience reflects the brand’s high standard. Simultaneously, you will play an essential part behind the scenes, maintaining accurate financial and promotional data related to customer orders, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Being successful in this position means you must excel at multitasking, attention to detail, and communication. Your ability to craft delicious and visually appealing beverages will complement your skills in managing schedules, handling promotional budgets, auditing orders, and supporting financial planning activities. The job involves utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Acosta Sprint, and other digital platforms to support merchandising and administrative functions effectively. With competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, this part-time role offers a dynamic blend of food service and administrative responsibilities within a collaborative global agency. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing great service both on the customer-facing side and in data administration, this role is designed for you.
