Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or sales brokerage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Duties

  • Hand-craft a variety of smoothies, fresh juices, and specialty food items following quality standards
  • Handle the creation and organization of client documents using digital tools like Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with financial planning by updating and managing customer promotional events in our internal systems
  • Balance promotional fund accounts (trade spend) to ensure all claims and alerts align with client budget targets
  • Audit incoming customer orders to verify that all promotional pricing has been applied correctly
  • Submit and verify data for new product launches, price changes, and public-facing marketing info
  • Maintain a clean and inviting juice bar environment while tackling administrative tasks that support the broader merchandising team
