The company fosters a collaborative culture where every employee’s contributions support the success of both the client brands and the company itself. With a broad portfolio spanning foodservice, retail, and specialty products, Acosta provides unique career opportunities that combine operational expertise with client-centered service delivery.
The role of an In-Store Juice Barista - Part Time at Acosta Group is an exceptional hybrid position that goes beyond traditional beverage preparation. This role uniquely combines the art of crafting high-quality specialty juices and smoothies with essential administrative and financial support tasks. Individuals in this role will be the visible face of Acosta’s specialty beverage service, creating fresh, delicious drinks that meet rigorous quality standards while also ensuring the behind-the-scenes data and promotional details are precise and up to date.
This position requires a nuanced balance of culinary skill and administrative precision. The part-time Juice Barista is tasked with handcrafting a variety of smoothie and juice recipes that delight customers and maintain high standards of flavor and presentation. Daily duties extend beyond the juice bar, including managing client document organization, updating promotional financial plans, and auditing incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy in pricing and trade spend allocations.
Moreover, the Juice Barista will work closely with internal systems like Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel to support merchandising efforts and maintain data integrity for pricing, promotions, and product launches. This critical data management role is vital in aligning sales activities with client budget targets and marketing strategies, making the position a unique blend of foodservice experience and office administration.
Candidates who thrive in this job will be self-motivated problem solvers with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They should be capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently within a part-time schedule. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 and provides the opportunity to represent a company known for its leadership in global sales and marketing. This dynamic work environment is perfect for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding position that combines customer interaction with critical back-office functions.
