Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry heavy bags up to 50 pounds
- ability to operate hot ovens and baking equipment safely
- flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- willingness to adhere to strict food safety standards

- Experience in commercial baking or retail bakery environment
- knowledge of baking techniques and equipment operation
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and specialty items
- operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring correct temperatures and baking times
- monitor ingredient inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils
- regularly inspect baked goods for quality in appearance, texture, and taste
- complete daily par sheet to manage production levels
- comply with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
