The Server position at Legends Global plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest service experience within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environments at Sporting Park events. This role requires a dedicated individual who can effectively interact with guests to promote satisfaction and loyalty while providing attentive and personalized service that consistently exceeds expectations. Working collaboratively with fellow team members and other service departments, the Server ensures seamless coordination in delivering food, beverage, and overall guest service.

The responsibilities include serving a variety of beverages such as soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the area by supporting service staff in clearing and cleaning tables, running food, and performing opening, closing, and side work duties. Furthermore, the Server must maintain comprehensive knowledge of the food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium, contributing to a well-rounded and informed service experience. This role is integral to upholding the hospitality standards of Legends Global and enhancing the guest experience during events that often require working extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates for this role should be at least 18 years old and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both guests and team members, ensuring adherence to company service standards. A fundamental understanding of food and beverage preparation, service etiquette, and guest relations is essential. The fast-paced and dynamic environment demands the ability to multitask efficiently, communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate physical stamina to carry, reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Experience is paramount; candidates should bring two to three years of experience working in a high-end club or restaurant setting that demands high service quality and agility. Also paramount is adherence to safety policies, procedures, and completing any required safety training.
