The Server role at Legends Global presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cooperative team providing exceptional guest service within Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat service environments. This position requires individuals who are committed to delivering superior guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and working seamlessly alongside fellow associates and various service departments. Servers are responsible for offering personalized service, attending to guest needs, and ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include serving a wide range of food and beverages, including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, as well as supporting service staff by clearing and cleaning areas, managing opening and closing duties, and maintaining knowledge of other food and beverage outlets within the stadium. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in high-paced environments where quality and guest satisfaction are paramount. Employment is offered at a pay rate of $11.00 per hour plus tips, with work schedules that include extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays to align with Sporting Park events. This position is ideal for professionals with previous experience in high-end clubs or restaurants who seek to grow within a reputable organization dedicated to innovation and excellence in hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to interact with co-workers and guests effectively
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • proficient in English language communication
  • physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a high-end club or restaurant
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
  • sufficient mobility for physical tasks including bending and pushing
  • adherence to safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • ability to interact with co-workers to assure service standards compliance
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • ability to read, speak, and write English
  • ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • ability to work all Sporting Park events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • 2 to 3 years experience in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
