Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to interact with co-workers and guests effectively
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- proficient in English language communication
- physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a high-end club or restaurant
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
- sufficient mobility for physical tasks including bending and pushing
- adherence to safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure service standards compliance
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak, and write English
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all Sporting Park events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- 2 to 3 years experience in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- provide guests with personal service and attention to detail
- serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work as a team with fellow associates and service departments
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
