The Server role at Legends Global is a critical position that focuses on providing exceptional guest service within dynamic and high-energy environments such as Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat settings. The individual in this position is responsible for delivering personalized and detailed service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the overall experience. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team, supporting fellow employees and other service departments throughout the stadium environment. The Server will handle a range of responsibilities from serving food and beverages to clearing and cleaning tables, executing opening and closing tasks, and maintaining awareness of all food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium. This job demands excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking mechanisms, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Due to the nature of sporting events, the schedule for this role includes extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring flexibility and stamina. Successful candidates will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant setting and must be capable of lifting and transporting items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds. The position reinforces the importance of practicing safe work habits by adhering to all safety procedures and training provided by the company. Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Physical ability to lift items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in high-end clubs or restaurants
Willingness to follow company safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to work all Sporting Park events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant

Job Duties

Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
