The Server position within Legends Global offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment such as clubs, suites, or in-seat settings at stadiums. As a Server, the primary responsibility is to provide exceptional guest services by working cooperatively and collectively with fellow associates and various service departments to ensure guests receive personal attention and a superior experience. This role is integral to delivering the high standards of hospitality that Legends Global is known for, ensuring that every interaction with guests exceeds their expectations.

The Server's role involves direct interaction with guests, serving a variety of food and beverages with attention to detail and professionalism. Responsibilities include serving food and various drinks such as soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. The role also entails supporting the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and assisting with running food to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience.

Additionally, the Server is expected to perform opening, closing, and side work duties which are essential for the smooth operation of the food and beverage services within the venue. An in-depth knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets available within the stadium is also important to provide comprehensive service and assistance to guests. The role requires multitasking abilities in a high-energy team-oriented setting, which means the Server must be adaptable and capable of handling multiple demands concurrently.

Employment with Legends Global as a Server requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Physical stamina is essential since the job may require lifting and transporting items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds and involves continuous reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling throughout extended periods.

The position demands flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Sporting Park events. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have two to three years of experience working in fast-paced, high-end clubs or restaurants.   • Knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards

Job Qualifications

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
  • Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Ability to work all sporting park events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant

Job Duties

  • Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
  • Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
  • Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
  • Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food
