This role is a seasonal Bartender position based at Lambeau Field. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standard of guest service. This position demands professionalism, adherence to all alcohol service policies, and the ability to handle various customer interactions with a courteous and efficient manner. The Bartender will be operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment typical of major sporting events and entertainment functions. The role requires a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience within bustling bars or restaurants, proficiency with cash handling and credit card processing, and familiarity with computerized POS systems. Physical stamina is crucial as the job involves standing for long periods, frequent walking, bending, lifting, and exposure to noisy environments. This position offers a competitive wage starting at $17.00 per hour and includes opportunities for flexible schedules and weekly pay. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum of two years front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • previous experience using a computerized POS system
  • ability to remain standing for entire shifts
  • ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • comfortable with constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • able to work in moderate to high noise environments during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following company standardized recipes and proportions
  • serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
  • serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification as necessary, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures
  • enters drink orders into the cash register, collects payments, and makes correct change
  • completes sales and inventory reports accurately
  • maintains bar stock by ordering and requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • cleans and stores bar equipment and stock
