This role is a seasonal Bartender position based at Lambeau Field. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standard of guest service. This position demands professionalism, adherence to all alcohol service policies, and the ability to handle various customer interactions with a courteous and efficient manner. The Bartender will be operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment typical of major sporting events and entertainment functions. The role requires a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience within bustling bars or restaurants, proficiency with cash handling and credit card processing, and familiarity with computerized POS systems. Physical stamina is crucial as the job involves standing for long periods, frequent walking, bending, lifting, and exposure to noisy environments.
