Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of guests daily across 15 countries. Rooted deeply in service and united by a strong sense of purpose, Aramark is committed to doing great things for its employees, clients, communities, and the planet. With a reputation for fostering a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity, Aramark offers environments where individuals can grow professionally, pursue new challenges, and belong to a community that values respect and diversity. The company emphasizes equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. At its core, Aramark believes that a career should not only develop talents but also fuel passions and empower professional development for every employee.

The Ford Amphitheater, located in the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a premier 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue developed by Notes Live. Serving as a vibrant entertainment venue, the amphitheater hosts various concerts and events, providing a distinctive experience to guests. Aramark, as a dedicated service provider at this venue, ensures that every guest receives top-tier attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

The In-Seat Bartender role at the Ford Amphitheater represents a specialized position within Aramark’s service team. This job involves mixing and preparing beverages ordered through the In-Seat service, which are then delivered to guests by runners. It combines the skills of a bartender with a keen focus on customer satisfaction within a live event setting. The role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where multitasking and efficient service are crucial.

The position offers an hourly wage of $21.25, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and competitive compensation. Although it is a non-tipped position, Aramark’s comprehensive benefits package makes it an attractive employment opportunity. The role requires the candidate to be at least 21 years of age, with preferred prior bartender and cash handling experience. Candidates will receive necessary certifications such as TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol and Food Safety certifications upon hire if they have not already obtained them.

This role requires someone who is physically capable of occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs, with stamina for extended periods of walking and standing. The In-Seat Bartender must exhibit the highest level of guest satisfaction skills, adaptability to new procedures, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks under supervision or independently. The work environment may include outdoor conditions, requiring adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment standards.

Aramark’s values align closely with ensuring employee development, workplace safety, and community engagement. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, vision plans, retirement savings like 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and disability coverage, although specific benefits may vary by location. The company supports employees through work-life resources to help balance personal and professional demands. By joining Aramark at the Ford Amphitheater, team members become part of a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes service excellence and mutual respect.
