- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages

Job Duties
- Take orders for in room guests
- Prepare trays in detail to deliver all orders
- Collect all carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders
- Tray runs must be done in detail multiple times per shift
- Deliver all amenities prior to check-in
- Opening side work to prepare for the day
- Closing side work to set the next shift up for success
- Process all payments ensuring correct information
- Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
- Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
