  • Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • Set up in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently
  • Break down and clear in-room dining trays and tables
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and with genuine enthusiasm
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service equipment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in food handling and service
