The In-Room Dining Server role at the Arizona Biltmore is an essential position responsible for delivering exceptional room service experiences directly to guests. This part-time role requires delivering room service orders via bicycle promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. The In-Room Dining Server will ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully, assist room service staff, uphold cleanliness standards, and communicate courteously with guests. This position also plays a critical role in ensuring safety by being prepared to act appropriately in emergencies and minimizing risks to guests, associates, and property.
Work hours for this part-time position are from Thursday through Sunday, covering morning and mid-shifts, offering flexibility for candidates seeking work-life balance while contributing to an esteemed hospitality team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior server experience
- At least one year hotel or resort experience preferred
- POS system experience
- Experience with Agilysys POS system preferred
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
- Title IV certification preferred
- Ability to work Thursday through Sunday AM and mid-shifts
- Ability to deliver orders via bicycle
- Commitment to guest and associate safety
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver all orders to correct guest rooms within prescribed time with friendly and professional service
- Complete all designated side work during shifts
- Ensure all orders have correct and proper items before delivery
- Assist captain and room service staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of supplies
- Have complete understanding of menu items
- Maintain pleasant hospitality atmosphere with clear and courteous communication
- Assist buspersons with dirty tray pickups
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and emergency procedures
