Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders including special needs or requests to guests in-room checking completed kitchen orders against original orders
  • Transport items promptly to ensure food quality
  • Greet guests and describe menu items vividly including origin taste and preparation methods
  • Communicate options for tray and dishware removal responding to requests within established time standards
  • Breakdown clean and set up room service tables condiment set ups flatware dishware and side stations
  • Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction offer suggestions respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
