Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • adherence to Hyatt's grooming and uniform standards
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • present food and beverage orders to guests in their rooms in a timely manner
  • ensure food and beverages are delivered at the proper temperature
  • engage guests with casual and friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
  • support the Grand Club by assisting with food and beverage setup and service
  • respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations or make reservations when acting as Grand Club Concierge
  • prepare and remove in-room dining trays
  • maintain sanitary and clean service areas
