Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- adherence to Hyatt's grooming and uniform standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- present food and beverage orders to guests in their rooms in a timely manner
- ensure food and beverages are delivered at the proper temperature
- engage guests with casual and friendly conversation to enhance their dining experience
- support the Grand Club by assisting with food and beverage setup and service
- respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations or make reservations when acting as Grand Club Concierge
- prepare and remove in-room dining trays
- maintain sanitary and clean service areas
