This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $16.37 per hour plus tips and is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service expected at a luxury hotel. The In-Room Dining Server plays an essential role in delivering food orders accurately and promptly to guest rooms while ensuring that special requests and dietary needs are met with care and professionalism.

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders including special needs or requests to guest in-room checking orders with order taker or original guest order
  • Greet guests describing selected items vividly including origin taste and preparation methods communication options for tray and dishware removal responding to tray removal requests timely
  • Breakdown clean and setup room service tables condiment setups flatware dishware and side stations
  • Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction offer suggestions respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
