The In-Room Dining Team Member role at the Lake Nona Wave Hotel—a distinguished property within the CoralTree Hospitality umbrella—is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This position plays a vital supporting role in assuring the cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas while assisting with the timely delivery of in-room dining services and resort amenities. In this role, team members engage directly with guests, ensuring every interaction reflects CoralTree's high standards of customer service and enhances the overall guest experience. Employees in this position are expected to maintain IRD equipment safety and cleanliness, provide general hotel information, and fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Further responsibilities extend to ensuring poolside areas are maintained to impeccable standards including coordinating fresh towels, and orderly arrangements of furniture and umbrellas according to specific property guidelines. Flexibility is key in this dynamic role, with shifts that accommodate early risers and night owls. The In-Room Dining Team Member must adeptly multitask, communicate effectively in English, and bring a genuine passion for hospitality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical capability to perform duties including standing and lifting
- Strong organizational and cleanliness skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner
- Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- Guarantee the cleanliness and safety of in-room dining equipment
- Provide general hotel information for guests
- Assist with guest in-dining requests and the delivery of daily resort amenities to guest rooms
- Attend to pool-related needs including retrieving fresh towels and relocating chairs and umbrellas
- Arrange and clean pool furniture and umbrellas in a neat and visually appealing order
