Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related experience in food and beverage service
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • ability to move heavier objects with assistance
  • capability to perform fine motor tasks and hand-eye coordination
  • willingness to adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • ability to speak clear and professional language
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow company safety and security policies
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • answer questions on menu selections
  • communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
  • record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, throughout the day
  • complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
  • present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
